In His Care,
Pastor Ron Hodges
What DID Jesus Do? I think is a good question that we should ask ourselves when faced with making everyday life decisions. Scripture makes it plain that such a question should become a type of guiding principle of our lives. It should serve as a moral compass, helping us to apply many abstract elements of our Christian faith to many practical questions we face each day. If we don’t know what Jesus DID in His life, how can we expect to guess what He WOULD do in ours? We can look at the four gospels with these questions in mind and discover six priorities that guided Jesus’ decisions. These themes in His life can serve as a framework for the choices we face daily. We invite you to join us this Sunday, January 25th, at Harvest Worship Center, as Pastor Ron Hodges shares those priorities needed to guide us in our daily decision making process as Christians.

The seminar that was given to start "Family Builders" is available at the urls below. This two part teaching talks about the foundations for marriage, reasons for marriage problems, the seasons of marriage, and how to overcome marriage problems. It also provides a basis for why marriage should be built deliberately and calls for Christians to not accept "good enough" but rather to expect "all God has promised." Just copy these addresses into your browser, click, and you can listen to the teaching.
The ability for people to place comments on websites is very popular, as everyone likes to express themselves and also to read feedback from others. The sermon page of our website has this capability. If you have heard a sermon you really like, or would be willing to listen and comment on some, go ahead and take advantage and have at it. Let's have some fun discussing your favorites.
"Straight talk about Science and Christianity"
Listen as Dr. Joseph W. Newkirk presents a study on the "apparent" controversies of science and religion and provide a truthful presentation of science and what it can really say or not say. We hope you will not only be blessed by this presentation but also find it educational and fun.
